Sauces

I don't know what my problem is, but I think that this Vancouver air is making me stupid or something. Today at work I was filling the coffee sauces (chocolate, caramel, and white chocolate) into their respective containers when all of a sudden I started filling the caramel sauce with the chocolate sauce. Oops!
I'm not too sure what my problem is, but I'm retarded.
