Turbulence

Dear Mother Nature,

Recently, I have travelled from Vancouver to Toronto to visit family for Christmas. In order for this to happen however, I need to take a four and a half hour plane ride. Having flown quite a few times I'm used to the whole flying thing and I enjoy travelling quite a lot. There is one thing that I would like to discuss with you because I feel it is important to get it off my chest. One word - turbulence. Not a big fan, gotta be honest.
My first real experience with turbulence occurred when I travelled to Las Vegas earlier this year and for 40 minutes we were being tossed around the airplane like vollyeballs being thrown around in a gym. I'm talking about serious drops, heads jerking around and I had some crazy motion sickness.
Lately, flying between Vancouver and Toronto there happens to be a lot of turbulence over the mountains and over the Great Lakes. What I'm asking here mother nature, is that you do not create this erratic movement of air, I get it, you're angry.
I say, let's settle all this hostility you have towards us and call it even.

Sincerly,

Caryl J Davies
